We All have a Single Lifetime to Spend

Your fears will want you to live it less;
Your critics will want you to stop trying as they are committed to hunting every of your trial and blowing up any fault they find;
Your backgrounds may want your back to remain on the ground;
Your current bank balance may want to deter you;
Your hurts may try to hold you back;

Just remember you have a SINGLE LIFETIME TO SPEND.

Live it to the best of your abilities. Beat the odds and fail while trying, it is a prove that you are making progress.
There may be a thousands reasons why you shouldn't try, but when you find that one reason you should, RUN with it.

A reminder from God's Word - Philippians chapter Four –
13 – I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.]

This is a call to a fulfilled life, a call to a life of maximized potential. A call to Unbox.

There is much that lies within You, enough to accomplish your God given assignment; enough to impact your world.

Live life no less. I believe God's ability in you.

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do.
