You have got to Stop Thinking Poorly

Do you know how much some people are paid to forfeit their dreams? Some 20k monthly, some 50k, 100k, 500k, some 1M and above.

The problem is not you working for someone; the problem is you not believing that you have something great to offer. You not perceiving that today may be for your boss and tomorrow yours. The major problem is this slavery mentality I'm seeing in you.

The problem is not your poor background; the problem is your self-pity attitude, the problem is you not seeing yourself in the likes of those who can change the world. The major problem is your poor thinking system.

The problem is not that you have no money to start something; the problem is you not knowing that it takes more than money to start a business. The problem is you lacking the boldness to kick and the courage to pursue. The major problem is you allowing fear to kill your faith.

The problem is not market saturation, I mean, thousands of people doing what you have in mind; my problem is you not still understanding that there is a vacant space on this planet earth meant for only you to fill. The real problem is that you've allowed your eyes to work against you.

The problem is not that you started
something and it failed; the problem is that you’d refused to work hard and long enough on your dreams, but prefer drying your last sweats on someone else’s own for a peanut. The major problem is your quick money scheme mentality.

The problem is not you not accepting new ideas; the problem is you focusing on the negative side of things. The problem is you seeing life as a tradition that have no room for innovation. The major problem is you praying for change and not to change.

The problem is not you staying idle and living large; the problem is you forgetting that your fathers’ wealth is not yours and it will not last forever. The problem is you not knowing that you will suddenly become a nuisance to the society. Why not make good use of this opportunity?

The problem is not that you are a graduate; the problem is the way you worship your credentials leaving your potentials fallow. The problem is you not realizing that you are laboring all this hard for a man (boss) who may not even have a degree to show forth. Who do this to you?

The problem is not that you are religious; the problem is that you are not Godly. The problem is that you prefer the voice of your pastor to the voice of your creator. The real problem is the way you blend laziness with faith, thinking seed sowing can replace hard work and critical thinking. Don’t be deceived!

The biggest problem is not the way we look, but the way we see ourselves.

Yesterday (on the day this was written), I watched Pastor Chris Oyakilome live as he preached. He used his iPad to read out scriptures. Later in the day, I saw a post on Instagram, and one guy like that insulted Pastor Chris for using iPad, instead of his Bible. I laughed at the man's ignorance. I remember an Uncle of mine was invited to a Church. He went there with his iPad, and someone asked him: "Sir, where is your Bible?” He showed him his 10.1 inches Pad. “But Sir,” he said, “This is not a Bible, this is iPad, you need to carry your Bible. You're not a good preacher, if you don't preach with your Bible," one of the pastors said. Now this is my point: Before the advent of printing press, the scriptures were originally written on a scroll! The ten commandments were written on a stone! Not on a Book called “Holy Book”. Another cool movie to talk about. It's based on the novel by Robin Palmer. Geek Charming stars Sarah Hyland (Dylan Schoenfield), Matt Prokop (Josh Rosen), Sasha Pieterse (Amy Loubalu), among others. Josh's movie on a human subject (Dylan) was a big challenge to execute. Most of the other persons involved in the Puget sound film festival, picked a non human subject. As an aspiring film maker, one of a very young age, a documentary on a human subject was something so big and rare, and very challenging. Josh picked up the challenge, one which didn't just help him win the festival, but also helped him discover the real personality of Dylan; how her mum meant so much to her and how the loss of her mum when she was eight years old had affected her and shaped her social life. Success Story: How I went from a CGPA of 2.29 to 4.00 within a Semester

This is a Success Story shared by Olusola O'sola Fapohunda, a graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Akure. ----- In early 2010, I went with about four other guys in my department - to visit our level registration officer. We wanted to check our result. Each one of us, was with a paper and a pen. The lecturer in charge asked for our matriculation numbers and one after the other, he was reeling off grades, GPA and CGPA. He eventually got to me and I heard a digit that sounded like I've been shot. God! Me! 2.29. I've earned myself Grade E in some three unit courses and my best course was APH301, which I had a B with a score of 69. So, how do I start this post? Emmm... Okay, let me lay a foundation. First and foremost, my God is a Great God. Secondly, He is not a lazy God, and; Thirdly, He is thoughtful.
