A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. Let me tell you a Story - a true Life Story. It was in the late 50's, the medical field then was still in its infancy. A Woman got pregnant and she gave birth to a son. Years later, she got pregnant again, and went to meet her Doctor. She said to her Doctor, "I am pregnant". Her Doctor said; "no, you are not". The worst thing you can ask from wealthy people or those in position of authority is money, because they wouldn't give you enough if they even give you at all. Our present society is a mixture of different persons of different family values. That's one of the major reasons why people have different understanding of an issue or situation. One from a family with high personal and moral values may not agree with the other who has his or her own values, and who feels they are justified and right. You see situations where people can't relate because of their parallel opinions and beliefs which are antagonist to each other. You see situations where people "mind their business" because they feel that the actions and activities of other persons, has no significant effect on them.
