How do you live a life of purpose?

See what's possible and help other people do the same.
Purpose has no other meaning than that.

I wake up everyday knowing that I'm in the presence of greatness and universal abundance... Maybe undeveloped or unfound by many, they are there nonetheless.

Since I never know who will go on to change the world, the best I can do is to assume that it might just be that next man I meet today.
So I'm gonna be nice to him,
I will share my knowledge with him,
I will believe in him,
I will serve him,
I will lead him to his other self,
Even when he doesn't believe me or himself, I will try some more.

But if I can't do any of those, I will never discredit him or leave him worse of.
I let every of my encounter be a testimony and a moment of Impact.
In the words of 2pac, "I might not be the one to change the world, but I can sure spark the brain that will".

I pledge to make a difference today, how about you?

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. He picked up his pen and started writing: • Last year, I had a surgery and my gallbladder was removed. I had to stay stuck to the bed due to this surgery for a long time. • The same year I reached the age of 60 years and had to give up my favourite job in the Publishing company in which I had spent 30 years of my life. • The same year I experienced the sorrow of the death of my father. • And in the same year my son failed in his medical exams because he had a car accident. The most popular answer these days is "become an entrepreneur", "start your own business". I have seen lots of articles with the quote: "If you don't follow your dreams, you'll end up working for someone who did", but there is something about this statement I don't agree with... I would come back to it in a minute... In order to maximise your earning power and have the ability to invest in my business as an entrepreneur, you need to pursue a career or side hustle you are passionate about and create multiple streams of income. Our present society is a mixture of different persons of different family values. That's one of the major reasons why people have different understanding of an issue or situation. One from a family with high personal and moral values may not agree with the other who has his or her own values, and who feels they are justified and right. Hi Reader! Hope you're doing good? I was checking up on happiness and how it relates to the body and brain, chemically. I found some interesting stuffs that I'll love to share. There are four chemical substances that are related to happiness in the body: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins (DOSE). There could be more than four but these four are major. My interest today is on Dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which influences "reward-motivated behavior " in relation to happiness. By reward-motivated behavior, it is responsible for the excitement one feels when there's a task to be done with a reward attached. This reward can be a goal to be attained or landmark to be set.
