Grace is mostly defined or termed as unmerited favour.

We all have experienced God's grace, either directly (personally) or indirectly (testiomonies from other people).

No matter the way or how that experience of grace (unmerited favour) happened. ONE thing was evident; 'It could only be God'

When we are faced with challenges and your faith is dwindling, just remember that grace experience and be assured that if He did it before, He will do it again.

For His thought towards us are that of Good and not of evil to give us an expected end.
Be expentant because He is your father.

How would you define "Life" if you were asked to? I was thinking about this and I came up with two simple definitions, which are related to each other. Life is happiness; and Life is loving yourself, loving others and loving God. Both definitions are related because you can't be happy without loving yourself, loving others and loving God. A large book can be written just to break down this definition. Loving yourself means you do the things that makes you happy, not just happy but also helps you grow and get better and more positive. I grew up in a home without a TV, but each time we had to visit our family who lived in the heart of Lagos, I'd get stuck on it like a media-starved kid consuming as much content as was available. Even as a child, Christ Embassy's 'Atmosphere for Miracles' was something for me. It was like a church minted only in the utopian circles of my dream. The lights, the lectern, the language all struck me in awe. It is funny that the wrong people get themselves into leadership while the good people have no chance to perhaps because they have refused to cut corners and do all the negative maneuvers done by indecent people to get into leadership. This is my personal philosophy, I can't use wrong to achieve a good. If I have to do so many wrongs like bribing, rigging, killing, lying, deceiving to get into power because I have good intentions, I'd better kept my good intentions to myself than do such. Recently there has been a clamour for young people to lead, I buy this move but I still have great fears because young people in Nigeria are not ready for leadership. I say this because of what I have noticed over time, at least I get to talk to so many young people and the orientation is poor. We just have an improved version of mental and moral weakness compared to our current leaders. Late night eating is a common habit that have become integrated into the lives of many people. Lot of persons work till late at night, and have to take late dinner. Even persons who are aware of its unhealthiness sometimes find it difficult to stop. However, everyone wants a healthy life and have to promote healthy eating to achieve that. Having late dinners, or snacking late at night may not really affect a night worker whose day is night and vice versa, but it's unhealthy for one who sleeps at night. At night, one doesn't expend much energy, and the body's metabolism is slower and thus, having late dinners, especially eating heavy food and overeating can result in weight gain, and increased blood sugar levels which can be a predisposition to chronic diseases, including heart attack and stroke.
