It's a new day and a new month! Hope the month of June was a Positive for you? For me, it was. But I'm not resting yet. I haven't even began the Journey. That's the way we should see it. Though we shouldn't entertain pressure or fear, we should be always willing to compete with ourselves! We should set new goals and targets, and work towards improving on the already achieved landmarks. And in all we do, we should always Believe in Ourselves and Trust in God!

As we pursue our targets and dreams everyday, we should remember to LOVE. We should Love God by recognizing Him daily. We should Love Ourselves by having a positive physical, mental and social health. We should Love others by being a light where ever we are; a light in our words, conversations, attitude and actions. Be an Inspiration!

To learn, unlearn and relearn is a great path to personal growth. The room was packed with "hungry folks" as the music played and men reminiscent through their yonder days. Step by step, the mind travelled back to where it all began. The events that shaped us unveiled. We reached out to the files, dusted them and gave a positive meaning to every snap shot captured. You see, nobody is really bad, people just do bad things. Ted Bundy was known to all who knew him as a charming man. He was a volunteer at a suicide hotline and a college graduate. However, he was executed for the murder of 40 women in the '80s. Poland's famous serial killer Karl Denke was an active member of his community and even was an organist in church. Hmmm!!! They can even go to the extent of giving examples of people who have tried and failed. People will make attempt to make sure they discourage you from embarking on the journey to success but I want to tell you that nothing will be achieved by you if you are waiting for the time everybody will agree to support your dream. Naman, the general was a great man. He had a but in his life, he was a Leper. He was so interested and desperate to get healed, that he followed the words of a young girl and went all out on it. He got the permission of the king and travelled down to Isreal. The journey was a risky one for, he could be taken hostage being a commander of a foreign army. He could be ambushed considering the bulk of riches he had with him. He took all the risk and arrived in Israel. Unfortunately for him, the man he was referred to did not even give him the attention he needed. Imagine the secretary of state of USA wanting to visit Adeboye in Nigeria. The year is running out. One of the things that Entrepreneur and business people face is FEAR. Everyone experienced that in one way or the other but the ability to overcome the fear is the best thing to do. Every new year, people have new year resolutions, but along the line they experience Fear, but sometimes we permit it. The greatest of all mistakes is to do nothing because of fear of failure or you think your effort will be insignificant. Just do that thing you already planned to do, it is better to try and fail than to not try at all. Every single idea, decision and action that can make the world a better place counts. I was with my parents over the weekend. It was a great time with them. Our conversations especially when I am about leaving them after a visit will end with a prayer. But this time a good part of the conversation centered on marriage and so was about 86% of the prayer on getting married from the right family and settling down well....hmmm. You see, we all have this almighty question to answer now and then. In fact, life in Nigeria is ideally viewed in a particular cycle – Birth - Go to School - Graduate from University - National Youth Service - Work or Business - Marriage and Children, and then Work, Work, Business, Business - Raise Children - Work, Work, Business, Business - Death. I hope you can relate with that cycle. When you are done, your children obviously will continue with the next cycle starting from where you started.
