The transfer market is still on and the market has been busy. Today, we look at some outstanding transfers over the past week.

On Saturday, July 15:

• Tiemoue Bakayoko completed a transfer from Monaco to Chelsea, a five year deal worth about £40m

On Sunday, July 16:

• Nolito signed a three year contract with Sevilla, completing a transfer from Manchester City

• Chelsea loaned Marco van Ginkel to PSV Eindhoven

On Tuesday, July 18:

• Manchester City loaned Joe Hart to West Ham

• Lucas Leiva completed a £5m transfer from Liverpool to Lazio

On Wednesday, July 19:

• Wojciech Szczesny completed a £10m transfer from Arsenal to Juventus

On Friday, July 21:

• Alvaro Morata completed a transfer from Real Madrid to Chelsea. He becomes Chelsea's record signing (transfer is worth about £60m) surpassing Fernando Torres' transfer from Liverpool.

• Chelsea loaned Kurt Zouma to Stoke City.

• Kevin Stewart completed a transfer reported to be valued at £8m from Liverpool to Hull City

There has never been more pressure than it is now for young entrepreneurs to become millionaires. So because I post on Facebook daily, friends and family assume that I'm one multimillion dollar ultra successful entrepreneur (which I am anyways). The other day I was with my best friend and he asked me jokingly, "when will you marry?" My response was, "heck! At age 30 I should have travelled to at least 10 countries in the world and you're here talking of marriage", "who marriage epp?" We both laughed. What does this mean? Pressure! Why Salt kills earthworms?

A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. Before that, I'll share some points about earthworms: - They are in the lumbricus genus, there are various species of earthworms, but the common earthworm's scientific name is lumbricus terrestris - Their digestive system runs through the length of their skin - Earthworms respire through their skin - They are hermaphrodites (each one carries both male and female sex organs) - They lack either an internal skeleton or exoskeleton , but maintain their structure with fluid-filled coelom chambers that function as a hydrostatic skeleton. On your journey towards authenticity, just when you feel like you are finally living on a high vibrational spiritual level, life will take you to a crossroad where you will be forced to make a major life decision. So I picked this movie as the first I'll write about on this label. I've watched lot of movies, deleted some, but this is one of those I find it difficult to delete. I just have to delete some others to create space for some more movies I want to watch.. This is one of the movies I'll recommend if you are looking for one to give you some motivation. Rags is a musical film, starring a number of characters, two of which are most outstanding. Charlie Prince (Max Schneider) and Kadee Worth (Keke Palmer) both got musical talents, but of different financial backgrounds.
