Self Motivation is the greatest element in building a strong career and business. Never look back when you face rejection or disappointment. The rejections are there to test that which you said you are determined to achieve.

The truth is that you were the one who saw that your vision, you had the dream alone, don't sell it out to FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN.
YOU NEED YOU AND YOU AND YOU to go out and get what you want. Forget the excuses. Those who don't believe in your dreams are doing so because they want you to prove that which you say you see, to them.

Instead of feeling bad when you get rejected, just take it to be another assignment coming from someone who cares about you; improving on your skills and getting better.

Set your goals. Keep your eyes on your goals and always go out to succeed. Dress to succeed. Act to succeed and with consistency, your critics will become your admirers.
Work on yourself today to be better, and You will come out stronger and better.

Success Story: How I went from a CGPA of 2.29 to 4.00 within a Semester

This is a Success Story shared by Olusola O'sola Fapohunda, a graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Akure. ----- In early 2010, I went with about four other guys in my department - to visit our level registration officer. We wanted to check our result. Each one of us, was with a paper and a pen. The lecturer in charge asked for our matriculation numbers and one after the other, he was reeling off grades, GPA and CGPA. He eventually got to me and I heard a digit that sounded like I've been shot. God! Me! 2.29. I've earned myself Grade E in some three unit courses and my best course was APH301, which I had a B with a score of 69. About six months later, I went to check my 300 level second semester result and I now had a CGPA of 4.00. That was the happiest day of my University education. I was rolling on the floor of the room. There has never been more pressure than it is now for young entrepreneurs to become millionaires. So because I post on Facebook daily, friends and family assume that I'm one multimillion dollar ultra successful entrepreneur (which I am anyways). The other day I was with my best friend and he asked me jokingly, "when will you marry?" My response was, "heck! At age 30 I should have travelled to at least 10 countries in the world and you're here talking of marriage", "who marriage epp?" We both laughed. What does this mean? Pressure! So I picked this movie as the first I'll write about on this label. I've watched lot of movies, deleted some, but this is one of those I find it difficult to delete. I just have to delete some others to create space for some more movies I want to watch.. This is one of the movies I'll recommend if you are looking for one to give you some motivation. Rags is a musical film, starring a number of characters, two of which are most outstanding. Charlie Prince (Max Schneider) and Kadee Worth (Keke Palmer) both got musical talents, but of different financial backgrounds. Writing a great Content demands Constant development. What makes your brands stand out is the Content you pull out. What are the things you need to do: - 1. Simplify your message: Let your message be Simple and direct. Sometimes rambling around will not help because they will not understand what exactly you are trying to say. Whether your Content is long or short make sure you are hitting the target. 2. Pictures/images: Make sure you use attractive images or pictures in your post.
