A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. You can either carry the pains of your past as excess baggage or convert it into a fuel of love to propel you into your greatness. The choice is yours, because the past is gone and cannot be undone. However, the meanings we ascribe to the tragedies of our past is hardwired into our subconscious and dictates most of our thought processes and decision-making in the present. The way we interpret those events can be rewired to give positive meanings to our pain. We must see those ugly experiences as part of a grand design that is intended to bring out the beauty in us. But every page of it; almost every paragraph of it has an inspiring bomb! It's a book one could go through every morning if possible, or maybe at the beginning of the week. It's cool! Think like a Champion was written by America's 45th and current president, Donald Trump. Donald is a successful businessman and television personality, and he shares so much successful tips that's helpful to everyone who wants success and wants to stay successful. Many people expect life to be easy. Even as a Christian, there is no crown without a cross. Many people wish they can just wish suffering away, deny it exists or drink it away. Suffering is how the spirit of man grows, how it learns to discipline itself from the incessant demands of the wayward flesh. Suffering people are growing people. But does that mean we should desire suffering? No, we should not desire suffering but neither should we resist it. Because what we resist persists. We should not try to hide from suffering.
