Step Up Revolution (2012)

It is another interesting movie to talk about. It's a dance movie starring Ryan Guzman (Sean Asa), Misha Gabriel (Eddy, co-leader of the Mob with Sean), Kathryn McCormick (Emily Anderson), Peter Gallagher (William Bill Anderson), among others.

I think you guys will love the movie. As usual, I'll share the lessons I learnt from the movie.

• It's really cool seeing the team Sean and Eddy put together. They brought different talented dancers together so they could express their voices as a team and make a bigger difference collectively. It's also great having a team of people who share same goals and who are committed. They didn't just gave themselves a voice, they also gave a lot of persons a voice and at the end, their voices were heard.

A lot of times, team work with a positive team spirit ensures more positive, less stressful impact and makes the journey entertaining and fulfilling. One could go faster alone, but with a team, no matter how small the team is, they would go "farther". Sometimes, one needs to connect with people who share similar interests and talents as them and unite together to collectively pursue their goal. People can actually learn from this. Rather than trying to compete with each other, they could set up a better and more packaged service because each member of the team have unique ideas, and putting the ideas together, with that team spirit and desire to be the best, the team can set up something that can't be competed against.

• Everyone has a voice. No matter who one is, everyone can be heard. Just do what you love doing, what makes you, You. And don't just do it, do it very well.

• Learn to break the rules! Sean knew that, and gave that message to Emily. Sometimes the rules constrain you, and keeps you from expressing your talents. It locks you inside yourself and when you understand what you want and the extent you want to achieve, you have to break the limits, because doing so, you find out more about yourself and increase your happiness.

• You can change the rules! That's one thing that happens when people with similar interest comes together, break the existing rules and get their voices heard. Sean and Eddy's dance team changed the rules at the end of the day, when they forced Bill Anderson to change his plan about demolishing their neighborhood. He decided to instead build it up and help secure the qualities and social characteristics.

What else do you learn if you've watched the movie?
