Land for sale?

Every Man deserves a Lady who would help him plan for a solid and better future. "Honey, let's buy and own a land; Honey, let's build our own house; Honey let's save for this or that. Let's put a hold on that our planned trip to the Bahamas; Let's see if we can get that money into starting that business we talked about"... 

And not the type that always cries: "Honey, how about that car you promised me; How about those clothes you promised to buy me; those latest shoes I told you everybody in my office has; the Malaysian weaving we talked about oh. Honey I prefer the trip to Bahamas, we can always get money to start the business later"...



Every Man deserves a Lady who has the wisdom to build and not just spend alone. Some ladies will spend and spend, salary after salary, year after year. One can't encourage the husband to buy a land or build a house, but one will always encourage him to buy bush meat and suya, and take one out regularly. A wise lady will encourage her husband to plan to get out of a rented apartment; the money some ladies spend on clothes and accessories in a year alone can buy a land. It's not everything we blame the devil, one can sit down and plan the way up.

Sister, any lady can spend money (her's or her husband's), but it takes a special kind of Lady to create wealth with her Husband for the betterment of everybody involved.

Yesterday (on the day this was written), I watched Pastor Chris Oyakilome live as he preached. He used his iPad to read out scriptures. Later in the day, I saw a post on Instagram, and one guy like that insulted Pastor Chris for using iPad, instead of his Bible. I laughed at the man's ignorance. I remember an Uncle of mine was invited to a Church. He went there with his iPad, and someone asked him: "Sir, where is your Bible?” He showed him his 10.1 inches Pad. “But Sir,” he said, “This is not a Bible, this is iPad, you need to carry your Bible. You're not a good preacher, if you don't preach with your Bible," one of the pastors said. I read this book about four years ago, and it was a big turning point for me. Much was learnt, I'll share few of them today. You should check it out. The lessons: Death begins when one stops learning, and ageing starts from one's mind, not one's body. One remains young as far as he or she keeps learning; One starts crashing once he or she stops pushing. One's ability to excel mentally is paralyzed once one stops trying and accepts that the results obtained is the best he or she can attain; One's life becomes a burden when one's life is void of progress. And when one's brain isn't working towards anything, it becomes a weight on the body. The brain is motivated when it sees something ahead, something to work towards for; One's success does not demand prayer and fasting, as much as engaging one's senses positively.
