It's a new day and a new month! Hope the month of June was a Positive for you? For me, it was. But I'm not resting yet. I haven't even began the Journey. That's the way we should see it. Though we shouldn't entertain pressure or fear, we should be always willing to compete with ourselves! We should set new goals and targets, and work towards improving on the already achieved landmarks. And in all we do, we should always Believe in Ourselves and Trust in God!

As we pursue our targets and dreams everyday, we should remember to LOVE. We should Love God by recognizing Him daily. We should Love Ourselves by having a positive physical, mental and social health. We should Love others by being a light where ever we are; a light in our words, conversations, attitude and actions. Be an Inspiration!

You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. Our present society is a mixture of different persons of different family values. That's one of the major reasons why people have different understanding of an issue or situation. One from a family with high personal and moral values may not agree with the other who has his or her own values, and who feels they are justified and right. You see situations where people can't relate because of their parallel opinions and beliefs which are antagonist to each other. You see situations where people "mind their business" because they feel that the actions and activities of other persons, has no significant effect on them. It is another interesting movie to talk about. It's a dance movie starring Ryan Guzman (Sean Asa), Misha Gabriel (Eddy, co-leader of the Mob with Sean), Kathryn McCormick (Emily Anderson), Peter Gallagher (William Bill Anderson), among others. I think you guys will love the movie. As usual, I'll share the lessons I learnt from the movie. • It's really cool seeing the team Sean and Eddy put together. They brought different talented dancers together so they could express their voices as a team and make a bigger difference collectively. It's also great having a team of people who share same goals and who are committed. They didn't just gave themselves a voice, they also gave a lot of persons a voice and at the end, their voices were heard.
