The transfer market is still on and the market has been busy. Today, we look at some outstanding transfers over the past week.

On Saturday, July 15:

• Tiemoue Bakayoko completed a transfer from Monaco to Chelsea, a five year deal worth about £40m

On Sunday, July 16:

• Nolito signed a three year contract with Sevilla, completing a transfer from Manchester City

• Chelsea loaned Marco van Ginkel to PSV Eindhoven

On Tuesday, July 18:

• Manchester City loaned Joe Hart to West Ham

• Lucas Leiva completed a £5m transfer from Liverpool to Lazio

On Wednesday, July 19:

• Wojciech Szczesny completed a £10m transfer from Arsenal to Juventus

On Friday, July 21:

• Alvaro Morata completed a transfer from Real Madrid to Chelsea. He becomes Chelsea's record signing (transfer is worth about £60m) surpassing Fernando Torres' transfer from Liverpool.

• Chelsea loaned Kurt Zouma to Stoke City.

• Kevin Stewart completed a transfer reported to be valued at £8m from Liverpool to Hull City

I thought of the second movie to write about and I picked this one. It is one amazing movie I love to watch repeatedly. After the first time I watched it on my mobile, it was deleted. I had to search for it and get it back, and since then, its been there. 3 Idiots is an Indian movie starring Aamir Khan (Ranchoddas Shamaldas Chanchad / Chhote / Phunsukh Wangdu), R. I know a guy that sells roasted chicken at one of the female hostels in Unilag. The cheapest Roasted Chicken he sells is 1k and to be very modest, he sells at least 5 per day. We all know that he does more because the cars that come to the hostel are way more than 5 per day and those girls never let most "droppers" leave without dragging them close to his table for a slice. Some even do take away to their friends and roommates since it's actually "something lite". Don't ask me how I got to know this biko, I have headache. This said exam is aimed at segregating the class into:- Sciences, Commercials and Arts; as the students transit to Senior Secondary School level. Those that score well above average are moved to sciences. The school management naturally assumes this category to be the most intelligent of the bunch and they surreptitiously bestow upon them the responsibility to become the future Medical doctors and Engineers. Those whose scores were average are moved to commercials because they are terms as those whose brains lack the capacity to comprehend Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The movie turned out to be a comedy. Stanley rarely liked comedies. He was more into thrillers, action, and sci-fi. He had to fake his laughter at every interval. He did this in order not to look odd among the audience who were obviously cracked up by what Stanley felt was "mediocre and silly". When nobody was looking, he made sure his gaze was on his beautiful date, Franca. Franca, he thought. The truth was that he didn't expect her to agree to the movie date. A part of him was expecting her to decline his offer. This was why he was surprised when she had politely called him back before he left her office. She had smiled and told him she would go with him. The 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup is just less than 48 hours to be done with. It's been an interesting week with the two interesting semi final games played on Wednesday, June 28, and Thursday, June 29. After Portugal qualified as Group winners of Group A, they booked a semi final encounter with Chile, runners up of Group B, on Wednesday. It was the most interesting game of the cup so far, with the winner decided by penalties. Claudio Bravo, the Manchester City and Chilean goalkeeper and captain turned hero as he saved all three penalties, taken by Ricardo Quaresma, João Moutinho and Nani, while Chile scored all three of theirs. You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. It is toxic to the liver especially in those who consume large amount of sugar (the human body is not meant to consume so much fructose). Also, sugar is ADDICTIVE due to fructose. Ikejiofor Izuchukwu Fear is a very essential component of living. It's a tool that's guides our lives and helps prevent tears. It's pretty normal to have fear; the fear of tomorrow. For a student; the fear of what happens when you graduate, the fear of failure, the fear of success, the fear of all. The impact of the fear could build a soul or kill it. The problem is not the fear. Everyone has the fear (the prettiest, the wealthiest, the most intelligent and the most spiritual). The problem is how you channel the fear. Do you let the fear of failure stop you from starting, or push you for better? It's quite not feasible to see people who "fear not." Those who make it are those who use the fear as a propelling force for better yield. Are you afraid you will fail? We all are. Let that push you not to fail. And if you fail at something, after you do so, let the fear push you not to fail again! Fear is a good thing. Use it properly.

Some years ago, I began to have some thoughts about life. Everyday, we come across people who put up false happiness. Everyone's trying to be truly happy, and everyone surely deserves that, because there's no life without happiness. But a lot of persons are much unhappy inside than they seem to be. Sometimes the pain they feel deep inside gets to a threshold, where they can't keep on putting up false happiness, and their true feelings are more often expressed. For a good number of persons, they redefine happiness, and their definition of happiness does not bring them true happiness, though it feels so at the beginning, but at the end, it only adds to the pain they already feel.
