Marry a Person You can Carry, and that can Carry You as well (Financially, Spiritually, Mentally, Socially, etcetera), so that when you're down, all won't be lost. If You do all the Carrying alone, all the time, it's as good as a prescription for an early grave.

Marriage is give and give (on both sides). Everyone should have or be willing to acquire the capacity to give!
Both parties should be willing and able to inspire each other and bring out the best in each other!

If you marry the wrong size and match, you'll feel the pains constantly, and will be greatly tempted to pull off the shoe or change the shoe entirely.

A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. Today, I'll share few of what I learnt from this inspiring book by Norman Vincent Peale. It's an amazing and inspiring book, which I feel a lot of persons have read. But if you haven't, it's worth checking out. It's amazing to know that Peale's book is still inspiring lives long after written, and after he's gone (Peale died in 1993 at the age of 95 years). • Nothing is inherently powerful. But WE are powerful, and we can give strength and power to whatever we choose to give such to. One's mind gives strength and power to circumstances, things, situations. And the more one's mind focus on something, it gives greater strength and power to such thing. I grew up in a 'ghetto-like' place, which exposed me to different kinds of persons and experience. Deficiency of these nutrients contributes to poor eye health Food sources that are positive for eye health include; - Green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale and others - Fruits like citruses and berries (oranges, etcetera).
