ME: So if I got you correctly, you have been in 6 different relationships in the space of 1 year?

HER: Yes.

ME: And ALL the young men you dated had one thing in common, right?

HER: Yes, that's what I said.

ME: And that one thing is?

HER: It's quite amazing and annoying, they ALL turned out to be complete Idiots.

ME: Hmmm, interesting. Do you know something else they all amazingly had in common?

HER: No, Please, do tell.

To learn, unlearn and relearn is a great path to personal growth. The room was packed with "hungry folks" as the music played and men reminiscent through their yonder days. Step by step, the mind travelled back to where it all began. The events that shaped us unveiled. We reached out to the files, dusted them and gave a positive meaning to every snap shot captured. You see, nobody is really bad, people just do bad things. Ted Bundy was known to all who knew him as a charming man. He was a volunteer at a suicide hotline and a college graduate. However, he was executed for the murder of 40 women in the '80s. Poland's famous serial killer Karl Denke was an active member of his community and even was an organist in church. Hmmm!!! I was with my parents over the weekend. It was a great time with them. Our conversations especially when I am about leaving them after a visit will end with a prayer. But this time a good part of the conversation centered on marriage and so was about 86% of the prayer on getting married from the right family and settling down well....hmmm. You see, we all have this almighty question to answer now and then. In fact, life in Nigeria is ideally viewed in a particular cycle – Birth - Go to School - Graduate from University - National Youth Service - Work or Business - Marriage and Children, and then Work, Work, Business, Business - Raise Children - Work, Work, Business, Business - Death. I hope you can relate with that cycle. When you are done, your children obviously will continue with the next cycle starting from where you started. I was on one of my favorite spots reading with my phone, when two young ladies, one in bum shorts (I hate when ladies wear this outside) just showcasing themselves in front of me. I lifted my head and looked, then smiled and shook my head as if I didn't see anything. I continued my reading. After plenty effort to gain my attention, by one of them, they advised themselves. One said to the other, why you just dey show yourself, which boy weh go call you for here? I smiled again, then two ladies beside me joined in the discussion. The idea that an anointing from God can be IMPARTED from one person to another is NOT in the Bible. But if I can convince you that I have an anointing that you need, well, that pretty much makes you dependent upon me, doesn’t it? Naman, the general was a great man. He had a but in his life, he was a Leper. He was so interested and desperate to get healed, that he followed the words of a young girl and went all out on it. He got the permission of the king and travelled down to Isreal. The journey was a risky one for, he could be taken hostage being a commander of a foreign army. He could be ambushed considering the bulk of riches he had with him. He took all the risk and arrived in Israel. Unfortunately for him, the man he was referred to did not even give him the attention he needed. Imagine the secretary of state of USA wanting to visit Adeboye in Nigeria.
