About personal and corporate vision

"When people don't understand the relationship between personal and corporate vision, there can be problems. If the members of the group think they are inferior to the person with the original vision, or the leader starts to think he is more important than the members, or if one or more of the members wants to supplant the person who has the larger vision, that is when the trouble will begin...

We must have an attitude of cooperation with those with whom we share corporate vision. Fulfilling your vision requires your being able to submit to others in the larger purpose. It means working with your boss and coworkers in a productive way. It means not trying to undermine the leaders of your group or letting jealousy get in the way of the vision. It means not going off and trying to fulfill a corporate vision all on your own. If we are going to do something for God, so that the world will be better off because we were here, we can't do that with a private, individualist attitude..."
