A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. Insecurity makes you so anxious and afraid of losing what you already have. The more you express insecurity in a relationship, the more you gradually start losing what was initially yours. Even if the certainty of the union got it's origin from Divine declaration, if the problem of insecurity is not dealt with, it is more than capable of ruining what God has even ordained. This is why it is so important to deal with d problem of insecurity before commencing any relationship. And if a relationship has already begun with the problem undealt with initially, there could still be hope if we take a pause and deal with it first, before continuing the relationship. The movie turned out to be a comedy. Stanley rarely liked comedies. He was more into thrillers, action, and sci-fi. He had to fake his laughter at every interval. He did this in order not to look odd among the audience who were obviously cracked up by what Stanley felt was "mediocre and silly". When nobody was looking, he made sure his gaze was on his beautiful date, Franca. Franca, he thought. The truth was that he didn't expect her to agree to the movie date.
