The face you give when you launch a new product and instead of people to buy they say "Congratulations, I am proud of you". Am I the only that has experienced this? When I first launched my first book, At the River Bank, I had a lot of people that told me Congratulations, the moral support was something else but that Moral support demoralized me and I gave into depression. Do you know why? Only one person purchased my book on the day I launched it. The person that even purchased the book was my friend, Promise Excel. Over 300 congratulations and only one person purchased the book. How does that sound? Have you been in this same situation? 1. You don't need much before you start adding value. Start where you are with what you know. All I did was help people craft one simple sentence but the impact will last a lifetime. There is a phenomenon in Psychology known as FALSE CONSENSUS EFFECT. This effect refers to the tendency to overestimate the extent to which others share our opinions, attributes, emotions, feelings and behaviors. Simply put, it means one thinking or assuming that others feel or think same way as they do. Why am I bringing this up today, or at all? A lot of times we fall prey to this effect. We misjudge and assume certain things to our very detriment and hurt...
