It's better being neutral in certain situations

I came across this on my Facebook wall and felt it's worth sharing. It just reminded me of a number of incidents, both personal and non personal where one sides with his or her friend, with or without checking up who's right and wrong. It's better to be neutral most times and decide how to handle stuffs like this. Don't form loyalty when you know you're on the wrong side of the issue. Rather, try to get your friend to understand, and when he or she doesn't, stand your ground! You're a unique person and not the shadow of someone else's personality!

Success Story: How I went from a CGPA of 2.29 to 4.00 within a Semester

This is a Success Story shared by Olusola O'sola Fapohunda, a graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Akure. ----- In early 2010, I went with about four other guys in my department - to visit our level registration officer. We wanted to check our result. Each one of us, was with a paper and a pen. The lecturer in charge asked for our matriculation numbers and one after the other, he was reeling off grades, GPA and CGPA. He eventually got to me and I heard a digit that sounded like I've been shot. God! Me! 2.29. I've earned myself Grade E in some three unit courses and my best course was APH301, which I had a B with a score of 69. This part focuses on diet and eye health. Good eye health requires the consumption of nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, lutein, zeaxanthin, zinc, beta-carotene, vitamins A, C and E, etcetera. Deficiency of these nutrients contributes to poor eye health Food sources that are positive for eye health include; - Green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale and others - Fruits like citruses and berries (oranges, etcetera). Also almonds, carrots, tomatoes, mangoes, pawpaw - Fatty fish such as tuna, salmon, mackerel. - Non meat protein sources like eggs, nuts, beans, etcetera - Diary products like milk and yoghurt Unhealthy foods such as processed foods, foods containing saturated fats, or foods that are high in sugar, should be limited and less consumed. Passing by a church over the weekend, my thoughts revolved about a noticeable trend that have stayed in Nigeria, I believe for about a decade or so. You must have observed same. Churches in recent years now use Religious broadcasting (which is broadcasting by religious organizations, usually with a religious message) to conduct LIVE services. So, a head quarter church in any part of the country can easily broadcast to any of their satellite churches, and you see people in this satellite churches agreeing and seeing visible results. Several years ago, people will never try that. They will wonder why you should be looking at somebody in a box, and be dancing, singing and even believe same for miracles. What foolishness? A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. So, how do I start this post? Emmm... Okay, let me lay a foundation. First and foremost, my God is a Great God. Secondly, He is not a lazy God, and; Thirdly, He is thoughtful. Sir James Dyson is a British inventor, industrial designer and the founder of Dyson company. He's presently 70 years old (born in 1947). He was involved in some inventions including the sea truck in 1970, the Ballbarrow (his first original invention) and the Wheelboat, which can travel on both land and water. James Dyson is best know for inventing the Dual Cyclone bagless vacuum cleaner, the world's first bagless vacuum cleaner.
