Today is International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
The theme for this year is: "Listen First - Listening to children and youth is the first step to help them grow healthy and safe."

Drug abuse and Illicit drugs have severe impact on health, development, peace and security. Drug use helps to worsen health challenges such as hepatitis, tuberculosis, HIV. Drug trafficking supports money laundering and terrorism.

Let us say NO to Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking!

This week, I'll do a piece on health to mark this event.

This is one of the best shortest books I've read so far. It's so short (about 41 pages) that one could finish it within a couple of hours. But every page of it; almost every paragraph of it has an inspiring bomb! It's a book one could go through every morning if possible, or maybe at the beginning of the week. It's cool!
