Today is International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
The theme for this year is: "Listen First - Listening to children and youth is the first step to help them grow healthy and safe."

Drug abuse and Illicit drugs have severe impact on health, development, peace and security. Drug use helps to worsen health challenges such as hepatitis, tuberculosis, HIV. Drug trafficking supports money laundering and terrorism.

Let us say NO to Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking!

This week, I'll do a piece on health to mark this event.

A lot of us have become used to using salt to kill earthworms when we encounter any in our houses. I've thought about this for a while now, but I recently decided to check it up and I'll share what I learnt about the science. The person you decide to marry is a reflection of your wisdom and deep knowledge at the time you married the person. You need to be alert when it comes to any type of relationship including Marriage. Prov 13:20 – He that walks with the wise shall become wise but a companion of fools shall be destroyed. So He that goes beyond just walking with the wise to marry the wise, communes, interacts, walks and negotiate and starts a family with the wise is really wise. Now how about he who decides not to only stay in the companion of a foolish person but moves to the level of marriage? It is a serious issue! This is one of the best shortest books I've read so far. It's so short (about 41 pages) that one could finish it within a couple of hours. But every page of it; almost every paragraph of it has an inspiring bomb! It's a book one could go through every morning if possible, or maybe at the beginning of the week. It's cool! Think like a Champion was written by America's 45th and current president, Donald Trump. Donald is a successful businessman and television personality, and he shares so much successful tips that's helpful to everyone who wants success and wants to stay successful.
