You can't roll with chicken and expect to fly like a eagle.
You can't be a chicken and expect to roam with eagles.

In all you do, seek constant improvement and never blackmail yourself emotionally to stay with people who don't have your kind of vision.

We only have one life to live and the only way to influence what people will say after we are gone is to live a life in sync with expectations.

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. Don't consider age when instilling discipline in your kids, rather consider their maturity. Some kids are smarter than normal for their age and should be corrected early enough if not you may be tempted to think they are still children not knowing they are learning fast and developing character. Try and discern difference among your kids. If a method worked for one doesn't mean it must work for the other. Identify the ones that need more attention and give such more attention so that they can catch up with the others and gain independence. I dislike it when I see Godly parents having ungodly kids. Your children are a reflection of your level of spiritual responsibility. Teach them how to comport themselves in church, don't always have that attitude that they are kids, and leave them. No! You may come across a good person, a sincere lover, who's interested in you, but you're not ready at that moment, and end up losing him to someone else who's ready.. You're not ready because of the negative configuration that your past relationship(s) has created for your mind and it really shows in your attitude (I personally always detect it no matter how much you try to hide it). You have to take responsibility for the outcomes of your past relationships. And by this, you take POSITIVE actions not to be a victim of such again.
