The Room for Improvement

The world hasn't ceased to evolve. The adversaries and competitors you are fighting are more intelligent than they were yesterday. They have been learning just as you have too. Even when you refused to learn or grow, they did not relent. When you took days off at the weekend, they didn't.

This calls for continuous betterment. The largest room in the world is the room for improvement.

Isaac Newton said, "What we know is a drop but what we don't know is an ocean."

More so, remember that you can't solve today's problems with yesterday's knowledge.

I once used to pray like this whenever we were to go into an 'anointing service.' “We invite the Holy Spirit into this place.” “The Holy Spirit really showed up this morning!” If you have been a Christian for any amount of time, you have no doubt heard these expressions. In fact, you have probably said at least one of them yourself. I know I have! Many believers today often open up church services or worship meetings with prayers like “come, Holy Spirit!” Yet I suspect these prayers may not need to be prayed. Last time, we shared some good knowledge on how to improve and promote your Happiness by having some lifestyle modifications that will encourage the production of Dopamine and Oxytocin, two of the four major chemical substances that affects Happiness in You. A few years ago, I was in a relationship with someone. My clearest memory of it; the recollection that is etched in brain matter was our first kiss. I remember because I had a funny thought while being kissed. It was like I stepped out of my body to watch the proceedings and the thought that popped into my mind was, "Mills & Boons novels got it right." That was it. I felt the proverbial electricity and my knees shook. That had never happened to me before. I decided to analyse why. You know me. I never miss a learning moment.
