If you believe in yourself, you will live life being yourself and doing the very best to give yourself a worthwhile life. Do you know that staying poor will make you deprive yourself the taste of a quality life, so why not work and treat yourself with love. Your body deserves good clothes, good food and good shelter, honestly I have looked at life and agree that I need to be very wealthy and healthy to enjoy this and much more. Please make up your mind to love yourself, and you can't love without giving. Give yourself what it needs. The bible say love your neighbour as yourself because you deserve to love yourself. Today, some people can't just show love to themselves, there is no food, no good place to lay your body and no enough money to afford the good things of life. Please it starts from learning, earning, investing and working. The pains you don't face today, you will face tomorrow. It has been discovered that no pain, no gain. Find a job or create and start building something; You will reap tomorrow and live in good comfort. Don't you think you deserve that and much more? God bless.

It is funny that the wrong people get themselves into leadership while the good people have no chance to perhaps because they have refused to cut corners and do all the negative maneuvers done by indecent people to get into leadership. This is my personal philosophy, I can't use wrong to achieve a good. If I have to do so many wrongs like bribing, rigging, killing, lying, deceiving to get into power because I have good intentions, I'd better kept my good intentions to myself than do such. Recently there has been a clamour for young people to lead, I buy this move but I still have great fears because young people in Nigeria are not ready for leadership. You may be consuming high amounts of sugar and it's unhealthy for you

A lot of us must have heard that much sugar is not healthy, but a good number of persons still consume a large amount of it. Sugar is a carbohydrate and we have simple sugars (glucose, fructose, galactose) and more complex forms of it (sucrose, lactose, maltose). The sugar we consume is mostly in the form of sucrose, a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. When we consume sugar, it is metabolized to give us energy, but when high amounts of it is consumed, the body converts to body fats and store them. Sugar (sucrose) contains about 50% fructose, and fructose, which is actually the sweet part of sugar, responsible for the sweetness we taste when we take sugar is not good for us. Fructose is metabolized only by the liver which means there's a lot of work for one's liver to do. Let the Evidence Confirm Your Belief

We all know how it plays out, when a person is arrested and taken to the Court. Usually, they are accused of a crime but considered Innocent, until proven Guilty. In court, the case is tried. The accusers (plaintiff) try to prove beyond reasonable doubt that they are guilty of the offence(s) they have been charged with, while the  lawyer(s) (the defendant) try to defend the accused and get them cleared of the charges. The Judge then passes a verdict of "guilt" or "discharged and acquitted" at the end of the trial depending on the amount of evidence for or against the accused. Normally, the accused will also be allowed to testify but ultimately, EVIDENCE is the chief determinant of the verdict to be passed. Now let's do something with this analogy I just pointed out. I will love to write a little science about airplanes being able to fly. I'll only give a basic summary of a more detailed science. The LIFT is the force that makes the airplane move upward, and it is balanced by an opposite force, the WEIGHT which the plane exerts downwards and which is as a result of the plane's weight including the weight of people and loads on the plane.
